The Client Management System is an information system which allows us to carry out Customer Services processes, such as meter reading, invoicing and payment, according to the directories indicated by the account holder of the service being provided.

This system is characterized by its elevated capacity for calculating, flexibility, versatility and great capacity for adapting to new situations which allows us to put the service in place and carry out all client management processes.

Between the possibilities there are: 

  • Maintenance of correct, updated and verified information. Disposing of a good client register is vital for good management.
  • Use of meter reading systems via portable terminals which include tele-reading mechanisms of radio-frequency modules.
  • Renovation of the meter park, Using current surveillance and information technology from the Reading and invoicing systems, to maintain the excellent state of the installations.
  • Use of information filtering systems to determine the volume to be invoiced for each client, which will help us to select the appropriate tariff structure for that client, however complicated that may be.
  • Web portal which satisfies the legal requirements from which users may access information, both general and personal via the virtual office service, which facilitates telematic management for clients, contractors and the general public.
